TIFFAN, Foothill College, and the City of Mountain View are teaming up to offer a full scholarship to earn a Certificate in Nanny, Child, and Family Studies to 15 nannies living or working for families in the City of Mountain View. Classes are online and start September 2024.

We welcome all nannies, grandparents, aunties, or family friends working for Mountain View families to enroll!

This 20-Unit Certificate of Achievement in Nanny, Child, and Family Studies is aligned with the required courses to earn an Associate Degree that is recognized by the CA community college system; and the certificate allows the holder to obtain a child development teacher permit. As such it allows graduates to migrate in and out of any form of care as their needs and the childcare market needs change. Information is available at the Foothill College website.
